摘　　要：亚急性甲状腺炎(简称亚甲炎)是一种自限性疾病,其与病毒感染相关,将其归属于中医学"瘿病"范畴。近年来,通过临床实践可知,单独的西药治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的效果欠佳且不良反应大,而中医药在治疗亚急性甲状腺炎方面具有独到之处且安全性高。有鉴于此,文章分别从西医和中医两方面浅析了中西医结合治疗急性期亚急性甲状腺炎的经验,以便在临床上推广。Subacute thyroiditis is a kind of self limited thyroiditis related to virus infection,which belongs to the category of“gall disease”in traditional Chinese medicine.In recent years,A large number of clinical practice confirmed that the effect of Western medicine alone is not good enough,which has high side effects.But traditional Chinese medicine is unique in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis,with less side effects.Considering this,this paper analyzes the experience of the combination of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of acute hypothyroiditis for nasal.
