摘　　要：目的:利用文献计量学方法对黄芪治疗糖尿病研究的主题进行可视化分析,以期为推动黄芪治疗糖尿病研究的发展提供借鉴。方法:通过检索中国生物医学文献数据库,获取黄芪治疗糖尿病研究的数据源。用VOSviewer 1.6.13软件对纳入研究的发表年代、期刊、作者和关键词进行提取,并生成主要作者的合作网络图和高频关键词的聚类网络图。结果:最终纳入3781篇研究,黄芪治疗糖尿病的研究最早发表于1954年,1980年以后发文量逐年上升,2015年出现发文量的第一高峰。刊载黄芪治疗糖尿病研究的期刊有541种,期刊类型比较专一。发文量排名前3位的作者均来自辽宁中医药大学,但相对高产的作者产出量并不多。主要中文作者形成9个合作团体,不同团体之间合作稀疏。黄芪治疗糖尿病研究主要有5个主题。结论:黄芪主要应用于治疗糖尿病的各种慢性并发症,黄芪联合西药治疗糖尿病正在发展中,近些年的研究开始关注黄芪在微观水平对糖尿病作用的研究,研究者和研究机构之间的广泛合作对推动这一发展至关重要。Objective:To conduct a visualization analysis with a bibliometric analysis on the studies of astragalus membranaceus for diabetes treatment to identify the related topics,and provide reference for Chinese scholars.Methods:The relevant information of astragalus membranaceus for diabetes treatment was obtained by searching Chinese Biomedical Database.VOSviewer 1.6.13 software was used to extract the publication years,journals,authors and keywords of the included studies,and created corresponding visual network plots.Results:A total of 3781 studies were included.The first study of astragalus membranaceus for diabetes treatment was published in 1954,the number of published articles increased year by year after 1980,and the first peak appeared in 2015.There are 541 journals covering astragalus membranaceus for diabetes treatment research,and the type of journals were specific.The top 3 authors about number of published papers were all from Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,but there were few authors with high-yielding.The main authors formed 9 cooperative groups,and the cooperation among different groups was not close.There were mainly 5 topics in astragalus membranaceus for diabetes treatment research.Conclusion:Astragalus membranaceus is mainly used in the treatment of various chronic complications of diabetes.Astragalus membranaceus plus western medicine on diabetes is developing.In recent years,studies have begun to focus on the research of astragalus membranaceus for diabetes treatment in the microscopic level,which need extensive collaboration between researchers and research institutions to facilitate its development.
