摘  要:利用三维建模技术建立球阀阀体的计算模型并对模型进行必要的简化处理,介绍了阀体材料的力学性能,利用ANSYS Workbench对阀体模型进行网格划分。分别对22℃、37℃以及52℃温度场下的阀体强度进行有限元分析,获得阀体的应力、应变以及总变形量的分布云图。对不同温度场下的强度变化趋势进行对比,验证了温度对阀体强度分析的重要影响意义。The calculation model of valve body was established by using 3D modeling technology and the necessary simplification was carried out.The mechanical properties of valve body material were introduced.The valve body model was meshed by ANSYS Workbench.Finite element analysis was carried out on the strength of valve body at 22℃,37℃ and 52℃ respectively,and the distribution cloud diagrams of stress,strain and total deformation of valve body were obtained.The influence of temperature on the strength analysis of valve body was verified by comparing the strength variation trend under different temperature fields.
