摘　　要：法国一直是许多学生出国深造的首选国度之一,其中大部分留学生还会选择就读于公立大学。21世纪,法国公立大学进行了一系列改革,学费制度调整是其中重要一环。本文通过对法国政府一系列政策的解读,研究和分析相关的国际环境、国内经济背景、高校传统、社会反响等,得出这些政策实施的原因、利弊以及可能带来的影响。France has long been one of the preferred destinations of for many foreign students for their overseas study,and most of them has chosen to study at public universities.In the 21st century,a series of reforms have been carried out in French public universities and the adjustment of the tuition system is an important part of them.This article offers an interpretation of a series of policies of the French government as well as an analysis of the relevant international environment,the domestic economic context,the university tradition,and societal reactions and probes the reasons,advantages,disadvantages and possible consequences of the implementation of these policies.
