清肺化痰汤的煎煮工艺优化

摘  要:目的:比较不同煎煮条件对清肺化痰汤中鱼腥草挥发油的影响,拟定最优煎煮方法。方法:应用正交试验,以鱼腥草挥发油的含量为研究指标,改良煎煮工艺。结果:煎煮时间和浸泡时间对清肺化痰汤中的鱼腥草挥发油的含量影响明显。结论:清肺化痰汤中鱼腥草的最优煎煮方法是在正常大气压下,浸泡鱼腥草30 min,然后在100℃沸水中加入鱼腥草煎煮5 min。Objective:Through to evaluate the effect of different extraction technologies on the volatile oil of Yuxingcao(Houttuynia cordata Thunb.)in the Qingfei Huatan decoction(清肺化痰汤)to establish the best extraction technology.Methods:This experiment uses L9(34)orthogonal testing method to analyze the effect of four factors,including the immersion time,the decoction time,the decoction temperature,the construction pressure,and takes the extraction of volatile oils as the inspection target to improve the extraction technology.Results:The most important factor is the immersion time,and the decoction time is next,but the influence of the decoction temperature and the construction pressure is not obvious.Conclusion:The optimal condition to prepare decoction of volatile oil from Yuxingcao in the Qingfei Huatan decoction is soaking 30 minutes,and then decocting 10 minutes in the normal atmospheric pressure 100 degree Celsius.
