三伏贴联合穴位注射对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者生活质量及免疫功能影响

摘　　要：目的:在中医“冬病夏治”理论指导下,采用三伏贴联合穴位注射对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,COPD)稳定期患者进行治疗,观察其中医证候、生活质量及免疫功能等方面的影响。方法:将60例老年COPD稳定期中医辨证属肺肾两虚型患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组给予噻托溴铵粉吸入剂,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予三伏贴联合穴位注射。比较两组治疗后中医临床疗效评估,慢性阻塞性肺疾病评估(COPD Assessment Test,CAT),细胞免疫功能指标评估及治疗后10个月内COPD急性加重次数评估。结果:治疗后,治疗组总有效率优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后CAT评分、急性加重次数较治疗前降低(P<0.05),免疫功能水平较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),两组未发现明显不良反应。结论:“冬病夏治”法三伏贴、穴位注射联合西医常规治疗对老年COPD稳定期患者疗效显著,可改善生活质量,减少急性加重次数,提高机体免疫力。Objective:To observe efficacy of medicinal patch in canicular days and acupoint injection on TCM syndrome,life quality and immune function of elderly patients with COPD in stable stage.Methods:60 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group was given tiotropium bromide,the treatment group was given dog days plaster and acupoint injection more.Results:After treatment,the total efficiency in the treatment group was significantly better(P<0.05).CAT score and exacerbation frequencies in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).Immune function was significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05).The CAT score,immune function and exacerbation frequencies in the treatment group were significantly better than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).No significant adverse reactions were found in the two groups.Conclusion:Medicinal patch in canicular days and acupoint injection combined with conventional western medicine has a significant effect on elderly patients with COPD at stable stage,which can improve the life quality,decrease the exacerbation frequencies,and improve the body immunity.
