男性免疫性不育症中医药论治思路探析

摘　　要：由于现代生存环境和生活方式诸因素的影响,因血液或精液中产生抗精子抗体而导致的男性不育症,越来越受到中西医学界重视,而相对于现代医学免疫抑制疗法和辅助生殖技术不良反应多、成功率低的困惑,中医药整体调节的优势越来越凸显出来。笔者认为,肾肝脾肺失调是男性免疫性不育的发病基础,湿热血瘀互结是男性免疫性不育的病理关键,总属标本虚实兼杂之证,因此扶正祛邪助育当贯穿治疗始终,通过稳定异常免疫功能,抑制自身免疫反应,最终达到“两精相搏,阴阳和合,故能有子”的治疗目标。Due to the influence of factors such as modern living environment and lifestyle,male infertility caused by the production of anti-sperm antibodies in the blood or semen has attracted more and more attention in the Chinese and Western medicine circles.Modern medical immunosuppressive therapy and assisted reproductive technology have many adverse reactions and low success rate,but TCM medicine has an overall regulating effect.Kidney,liver,spleen and lung disorders are the basis of male immune infertility.The syndrome of dampness-heat intermingled with blood stasis is the key to the pathology of male immune infertility,and belongs to manifestation and root cause intermingled deficiency and excess syndrome.Therefore,strengthening vital Qi(气)to eliminate pathogenic factor and help pregnant should run through the entire treatment.By stabilizing abnormal immune function and suppressing autoimmune response to achieve therapeutic goals.By stabilizing abnormal immune function and suppressing autoimmune response to achieve therapeutic goals of“syndrome of fighting of two kinds of germ cells,the harmonious’s tate of Yin(阴)and Yang(阳),so can have children”.
