摘　　要：退变性腰椎侧凸(Degenerative Lumbar Scoliosis,DLS)目前治疗方式分为保守治疗与手术治疗,保守治疗往往只能阶段性的缓解患者局部症状,无法从根本上解决脊柱失衡问题。研究旨在通过探析传统医学、现代医学的脊柱平衡研究以及DLS相关生物力学研究,提出“筋骨再平衡”理论,为该疾病今后的临床治疗方法的选择提供参考。At present,the treatment methods of DLS are divided into conservative treatment and surgical treatment.Conservative treatment can often only relieve the local symptoms of patients periodically,and cannot fundamentally solve the problem of spinal imbalance.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to propose the rebalance of muscles and bones theory by analyzing the spine balance of traditional medicine and modern medicine and the biomechanics of degenerative lumbar scoliosis,so as to provide reference for the selection of future clinical treatment.
