百合地黄汤合芍药甘草汤加减治疗老年髋部骨折术后阴虚血瘀型谵妄1例

摘　　要：谵妄作为老年髋部骨折术后并发症之一,对老年患者的术后康复及生命健康造成不利影响。中医学对于术后谵妄的治疗有着独到的优势,但相关文献及报道相对较少。研究详细介绍郑志永教授运用百合地黄汤合芍药甘草汤加减治疗阴虚血瘀型术后谵妄1例,剖析证机及方药理论,并以此为契机,对中西医有关术后谵妄的诊治进展进行系统总结及文献复习。Delirium is one of the postoperative complications of hip fracture in the elderly,which has adverse effects on postoperative rehabilitation and life and health of elderly patients.Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of postoperative delirium,but there are few literatures and reports about it.In this paper,a case of postoperative delirium of deficiency of Yin and blood stasis type treated by Professor Zheng Zhiyong was introduced in detail,and the syndrome mechanism and prescription theory were analyzed.On this basis,the progress of diagnosis and treatment of postoperative delirium of the integrated medicine was systematically summarized and literature review was conducted.
