摘　　要：董建文教授从事中医骨伤临床工作四十余年,在临床中治疗膝痹病积累了丰富的经验,根据中医理论,对筋、骨、膝有自己的独到见解;病程上将膝痹分为早、中、晚期,在早中期的膝痹病治疗中,筋骨并重、寻筋治骨,重视脏腑气血调理以及重视结合浮针配合治疗。文章就董建文教授治疗早中期膝痹病的经验作简单介绍。Professor Dong Jianwen has rich experience in treating knee arthralgia syndrome.In the course of the disease,knee arthralgia syndrome is divided into early,middle and late stages.In the early and mid-term treatment of knee arthralgia syndrome,pay equal attention to bone and flesh,seek flesh to treating bone,pay attention to the conditioning of Qi(气)and blood of Zang-fu(脏腑)viscerad,and combine the treatment with float needle.In this article,Professor Dong Jianwen’s experience in treating knee arthralgia syndrome in the early and mid-term is introduced.
