评价补肾活血祛痰方治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨补肾活血祛痰方治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的临床效果。方法:将惠州市中大惠亚医院选取的多囊卵巢综合征不孕症120例患者纳为研究对象,采用随机抽签法将其分为两组各60例,对照组实施西医妇科常规方案治疗,观察组实施补肾活血祛痰方促排卵治疗,并对两组患者进行指导同房。最后对两组患者的卵巢基础窦卵泡计数、周期排卵率和总妊娠率进行统计分析,并记录两组中医证候积分(主要评价月经不调、不孕、肥胖等症状的积分情况)、性激素水平[包括促黄体生成素、促卵泡激素、睾酮、促黄体生成素与促卵泡激素比值]、实验室指标[主要观察体质量指数、空腹血糖等指标],以评价治疗效果。结果:两组患者的卵巢基础窦卵泡计数、周期排卵率和总妊娠率比较差异有统计学意义,P>0.05;观察组患者的月经不调、不孕、肥胖等症状积分均低于对照组,促黄体生成素、促卵泡激素、睾酮、促黄体生成素与促卵泡激素比值水平均低于对照组,P<0.05。另外,观察组患者体质量指数、空腹血糖在治疗后均低于治疗前及对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾活血祛痰方治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症具有较高的应用价值。Objective:To investigate efficacy of the Bushen Huoxue Qutan prescription(补肾活血祛痰方)on infertility of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:120 cases were randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine gynecological treatment,and the observation group was treated with the Bushen Huoxue Qutan prescription to promote ovulation.Results:There was a statistically significant difference in ovarian basal antral follicle count,cycle ovulation rate and total pregnancy rate between the two groups,P>0.05;the scores of symptoms such as irregular menstruation,infertility,and obesity of the observation group were lower than.The levels of LH,FSH,T,LH/FSH were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.In addition,BMI and FBG in the observation group were lower after treatment than before and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Bushen Huoxue Qutan prescription has high application value in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility.
