中频治疗对缺血性脑卒中患者便秘的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中频治疗对缺血性脑卒中患者便秘的干预效果。方法:将2018年3月-2020年3月收治的缺血性脑卒中后便秘患者84例,按照随机数字表法随机分为干预组和对照组,每组42例。对照组给予常规治疗,干预组在此基础上加用中频治疗,疗程为7 d。比较两组患者的排便间隔时间、大便性状、排便困难症状程度、有无排便不尽感、有无肛门、直肠阻塞感等症状评分、便秘患者生活质量量表评分。结果:干预组的排便总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组的排便间隔、大便性状、肛门及直肠阻塞感等症状评分、便秘患者生活质量量表评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中频治疗可以改善缺血性脑卒中患者便秘症状,疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective:To observe efficacy of intermediate frequency therapy on constipation in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods:84 cases from March 2018 to March 2020 were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group,42 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the intervention group was given intermediate frequency therapy,and the course of treatment was 7 days.Results:The total efficiency of defecation in the intervention group was significantly higher(P<0.05);the symptom scores of defecation interval,stool characteristics,anal and rectal obstruction in the intervention group were significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intermediate frequency therapy can improve the symptoms of constipation in patients with ischemic stroke.The curative effect is remarkable,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
