中医综合疗法结合中医家庭式康复治疗小儿先天性肌性斜颈的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医综合疗法结合中医家庭式康复对小儿先天性肌性斜颈的疗效观察。方法:选取甘肃省妇幼保健院2015年1月-2018年11月门诊就诊的小儿先天性肌性斜颈患儿268例,按随机数字表法分为对照组与干预组各134例。对照组采用推拿按摩,干预组采用中医综合疗法结合中医家庭式康复的治疗方法。结果:治疗后两组患儿耳肩距、健侧颌肩距、患侧颌肩距、胸锁乳突肌肌肉厚度比值组间比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.01;干预组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合疗法结合中医家庭式康复明显优于单纯使用推拿按摩。Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive treatment of TCM therapy plus family rehabilitation on CMT in children.Methods:268 CMT patients from January 2015 to November 2017 were divided into the control group and the intervention groupaccording to the method of random number table,134 cases in each.The control group was treated with comprehensive treatment of TCM,and the intervention group was treated with comprehensive treatment of TCM plus family rehabilitation.Results:There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.01).The total efficiency in the treatment group was better(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive therapy of TCM plus family rehabilitation therapy is better than the comprehensive therapy of TCM alone.
