中医在床边盲插鼻肠管中的辅助作用的研究进展

摘　　要：床边盲插鼻肠管的辅助方法日渐发展,但是这些方法仍然存在一些弊端。中医学在盲插鼻肠管时也起到了非常有效的作用,但是尚没有受到足够的重视及在临床上推广,文章主要总结了临床上常用辅助方法的优缺点,以及中医疗法在盲插鼻肠管中的应用现状,将两者进行对比,希望能够使中医学的优势得以发挥,以期为中医学方法在盲插鼻肠管方面的临床推广提供帮助。The auxiliary method of blind insertion of the nasal and intestinal tube at the bedside has gradually developed,but there are still some disadvantages.TCM medicine has also played a very important role in blind insertion of nasal and intestinal tubes,but it has not received enough attention and promotion.In this article,the advantages and disadvantages of clinically commonly used auxiliary methods and the application status of TCM medicine in blind insertion of nasal and intestinal tubes were summarized and compared,in order to provide help for clinical promotion.
