摘  要:试验研究不同精粗比日粮对育成期藏羊母羔肺脏抗氧化功能和形态发育的影响。选取健康、体重(22.00±0.38)kg的3月龄藏羊母羔90只,随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复6只羊。各组母羔分别饲喂70%精料+30%粗料(C70组)、60%精料+40%粗料(C60组)、50%精料+50%粗料(C50组)的全混合日粮。预试期10 d,正式试验期90 d。结果显示,C60组肺泡隔厚度显著高于C70组(P<0.05);C50组和C60组单个肺泡面积显著低于C70组(P<0.05);C60组单位面积肺泡数显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。C60组血管数显著高于C70组(P<0.05);C60组和C50组血管直径、中膜厚度显著低于C70组(P<0.05)。C60组和C50组肺组织总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著高于C70组(P<0.05)。研究表明,适宜精粗比的日粮能够加强藏羊母羔气体交换率,增强低氧适应性,有效提高抗氧化能力,其中精粗比为60∶40的日粮效果较佳。The experiment studied the effect of different concentrate to forage ratio diets on lung antioxidant function and morphological development of Tibetan female lamb during growing period.Ninety 3-month-old Tibetan female lambs with body weight(22.00±0.38)kg were randomly divided into three groups with five replicates in each group and six lambs in each replicate.The female lambs were fed 70%concentrate+30%roughage(group C70),60%concentrate+40%roughage(group C60)and 50%concentrate+50%roughage(group C50),respectively.The pre-trial period lasted for 10 d,and the trial period lasted for 90 d.The results showed that the alveolar septum thickness in C60 group was significantly higher than that in C70 group(P<0.05).The single alveolar area in C50 and C60 groups was significantly lower than that in C70 group(P<0.05).Alveolar number per unit area in C60 group was significantly higher than that in other groups(P<0.05).The number of vessels in group C60 was higher than that of group C70(P<0.05).The vessel diameter and media thickness in group C60 and group C50 were significantly lower than those of group C70(P<0.05).The total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and catalase(CAT)in lung tissue of C60 group and group C50 were significantly higher than those of group C70(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that the suitable ration of concentrate to roughage can enhance gas exchange rate,enhance hypoxic adaptability and effectively improve antioxidant capacity of Tibetan female lamb,among which the ration of concentrate to roughage 60∶40 has the best effect.
