摘  要:试验研究日粮中蛋白质和赖氨酸含量对育肥期伊拉肉兔生长性能和免疫机能的影响。选择216只健康状况良好、体重(1.843±0.173)kg的伊拉肉兔,随机分为9组,每组6个重复,每个重复4只肉兔。试验设置3组蛋白质(14.00%、16.00%、18.00%)水平、3组赖氨酸(0.65%、0.85%、1.05%)水平,试验期35 d。结果显示,日粮蛋白质含量为16.00%、赖氨酸含量为1.05%时,肉兔的平均日增重最高,蛋白质、脂肪的利用率高,肝脏转化能力强;肉兔血清的免疫球蛋白M(IgM)和免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量最高,脾脏和胸腺指数最高。日粮蛋白质含量为14.00%、赖氨酸含量为1.05%时,肉兔料重比最低(P<0.05)。研究表明,拉肉兔育肥期饲粮中最适宜的蛋白质、赖氨酸含量分别为16.00%、1.05%。The experiment studied the effect of dietary protein and lysine content on growth performance and immune function of Iran rabbits during fattening period.216 healthy Iran rabbits with body weight(1.843±0.173)kg were divided into nine groups with six replicates in each group and four rabbits in each replicate.The experiment set three groups of protein(14.00%,16.00%,18.00%)levels,three groups of lysine(0.65%,0.85%,1.05%)levels,the experiment lasted for35 d.The results showed that when the dietary protein content was 16.00%and the lysine content was 1.05%,the average daily gain of meat rabbits was the highest,and had high utilization rate of protein and fat and strong liver transformation ability.The serum IgM and IgA content of meat rabbits were the highest,and the spleen index and thymus index were the highest.When the dietary protein content was 14.00%and the lysine content was 1.05%,the feed to gain ratio of meat rabbits was the lowest.The experiment indicates that 16.00%and 1.05%of protein and lysine content in diet are the most suitable for meat pulling rabbits during fattening period.
