摘 要:以油棕废弃物(OPW)和造纸污泥(PMS)共堆肥实现工业固体废弃物资源化处置为目的,分别研究了酸热预处理(ATP)和水热预处理(HTP)对OPW组成结构及与PMS共堆肥过程的影响。通过正交实验确定ATP和HTP处理条件分别为120℃、1 h、6%(H_(2)SO_(4),w/w)和120℃、1 h,分析发现,在ATP和HTP过程OPW中还原糖的含量均明显增加,预处理过程尤其ATP有效破坏了OPW木质纤维素结构。酸热预处理堆肥(ATPC)和水热预处理堆肥(HTPC)效果明显优于未经预处理的传统堆肥(TC)过程,OPW经ATP和HTP预处理后可提高共堆肥温度,且分别延长高温期至14 d和16 d,有利于加快堆肥腐熟过程,提高堆肥质量,为造纸污泥资源化应用提供了新的技术途径和方向。In this paper,oil palm waste(OPW)and papermaking sludge(PMS)are composted to realize the resource disposal of industrial solid waste.The influences of acid-thermal pretreatment(ATP)and Hydrothermal pretreatment(HTP)on the composition and structure of OPW were studied respectively,and optimized by orthogonal experiment.ATP and HTP treatment conditions were determined as 120℃,1 h,6%(H_(2)SO_(4),W/W)and 120℃,1 h,respectively.After pretreatment,glucose concentration,Scanning electron microscope(SEM)and Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)were determined.The content of reducing sugar in OPW increased significantly in BOTH ATP and HTP processes,and the structure of OPW lignocellulose was effectively destroyed by ATP in the pretreatment process.Furthermore,the influence of different pretreatment methods on temperature change in OPW and PMS co-composting process was studied.The effect of Acid-thermal pretreated composting(ATPC)and Hydrothermal pretreated composting(ATPC)were better than those of Traditional composting(TC).After ATP and HTP pretreatment,OPW could improve composting temperature and prolong the high temperature period to 14 and 16 days,respectively,which accelerated the composting process and improved the compost quality.It provides a new technical way and direction for the utilization of paper mill sludge.
