摘  要:考虑到纸浆造纸过程中氢氧化钠使用量对磨浆性能的影响,导致制浆造纸的磨浆能耗变大,为了改善这一问题,提出了制浆造纸过程中氢氧化钠用量与磨浆能耗的回归方程模型分析。以小叶桉木片为研究对象,通过设计回归正交试验,在制浆造纸过程中,建立了氢氧化钠使用量与磨浆能耗之间的二元二次回归方程模型,利用正交试验和F检验,分析了对制浆造纸过程中氢氧化钠用量对纸浆纤维形态和磨浆能耗的影响。结果表明,其他化学药品用量一定的条件下,增加氢氧化钠的使用量,可以降低制浆造纸过程中的磨浆能耗。Considering the influence of sodium hydroxide(NaOH)dosage on the pulping performance,the energy consumption of pulping and papermaking shows an increasing trend.To improve this problem,this study proposed the regression equation model between NaOH dosage and the energy consumption of pulping and papermaking.Taking Eucalyptus microphylla chips as the research object,a regression orthogonal experiment was designed to establish the binary quadratic regression equation model between sodium hydroxide consumption and refining energy consumption in the process of pulping and papermaking.Moreover,the effects of NaOH consumption on the pulp fiber morphology and refining energy consumption in the process of pulping and papermaking were analyzed through the orthogonal experiment and F test.The results showed that the energy consumption of pulping and papermaking was reduced by increasing the amount of NaOH when the amounts of other chemicals remained constant.
