618篇初审退稿稿件的情况分析与追踪调查--基于《重庆师范大学学报(自然科学版)》2019年数据

摘　　要：【目的】分析《重庆师范大学学报(自然科学版)》(以下简称《学报》)论文初审情况,为编辑部进一步提高办刊质量提供参考。【方法】调查分析《学报》2019年的618篇退稿稿件基本数据,并对这些稿件的后续情况作追踪调查。【结果】与《学报》载文学科要求不符的退稿484篇,涉嫌存在学术不端行为的退稿62篇,稿件质量未达《学报》要求的退稿40篇,其他原因退稿32篇。通过对这些稿件发表情况的追踪,发现有289篇稿件为第三方代投。【结论】《学报》的初审处置比较合理,将质量较差的稿件拒之门外;为杜绝第三方代投,进一步提升办刊水平,发挥科技期刊的"守门人"作用,《学报》应建立预警名单,对学术不端行为起到威慑作用。[Purposes]To analyze the preliminary examination of papers in the Journal of Chongqing Normal University(Natural Science)(hereinafter referred to as the Journal),so as to provide reference for the editorial department to further improve the quality of running the journal.[Methods]The basic data of 618 rejected manuscripts of Journal of Science in 2019 were investigated and analyzed,and the follow-up situation of these manuscripts was followed up.[Findings]484 manuscripts were rejected that did not meet the requirements of the journal,62 manuscripts suspected of academic misconduct,40 manuscripts whose quality did not meet the requirements of the journal,and 32 manuscripts were rejected for other reasons.Through the tracking of the publication of these manuscripts,it is found that 289 manuscripts are submitted by a third party.[Conclusions]The preliminary examination of journal is reasonable,and the manuscripts with poor quality are rejected.In order to eliminate third-party investment,further improve the level of running journals,and give full play to the role of "gatekeeper" of scientific and technological journals,the journal should establish an early warning list and publish it on the journal home page regularly,so as to deter academic misconduct.
