摘  要:针对目前低压电器短路耐受强度试验系统保护装置功能单一、难以灵活调节等缺点,本文提出一种新型低压电器短路耐受强度试验系统智能保护装置,重点通过对坐标变换后的电流波形过三点平面的法向量进行平行比较的谐波含量异常检测算法,判断短路电流是否异常并在最短时间内切断试验电源达到保护设备、样品及试验人员安全的目的,对于低压电器企业及检验机构具有一定的理论参考和实践意义。In view of the shortcomings of the existing short-circuit withstand strength test system for low-voltage appliances,such as single function and non-adjustable protection device,this paper presents a new intelligent protection device for short-circuit withstand strength test system of lowvoltage apparatus.By the harmonic content anomaly detection algorithm for parallel comparison of current waveform after coordinate transformation through normal vector of three-point plane,the design principle is to judge whether the short-circuit current is abnormal and cut off the test power supply in the shortest time,so as to protect the safety of equipment,samples and testers.It has certain theoretical reference and practical significance for low-voltage electrical appliance enterprises and inspection institutions.
