摘 要:采用电化学腐蚀试验方法,研究了单独施加应力和应力-缝隙耦合作用下暖通空调给排水管道用钢的腐蚀行为。结果表明,施加应力会增加给排水管道用钢的腐蚀倾向,但较低的应力(100 MPa)对腐蚀倾向的影响较小;不同应力条件下腐蚀120 h后试验钢表面都覆盖有致密的腐蚀产物覆盖层,且随着应力水平从0增加至450 MPa,表面腐蚀产物覆盖层愈发疏松多孔。随着外加应力的增加,相同电极的电荷转移电阻会减小,缝隙外和缝隙内电极的电位差增大,表明外加应力会加速试验钢的腐蚀并促进内外电极之间的缝隙腐蚀,且外加应力越大促进作用愈强;同时施加应力和缝隙会发生协同促进效应,腐蚀速度会高于单独施加应力或者单独存在缝隙的试验钢。The corrosion behavior of steel for water supply and drainage pipes of HVAC under stress and stress-crevice coupling was studied.The results show that the application of stress will increase the corrosion tendency of pipeline steel,but the effect of lower stress(100 MPa)on the corrosion tendency is less.After 120 hours of corrosion under different stress conditions,the test steel surface is covered with a dense coating of corrosion products,and with the increase of stress level from 0 to 450 MPa,the surface corrosion product coating becomes more loose and porous.With the increase of applied stress,the charge transfer resistance of the same electrode will decrease,and the potential difference between the electrode outside the crevice and the electrode inside the crevice will increase,which indicates that the applied stress will accelerate the corrosion of the test steel and promote the crevice corrosion between the inner and outer electrodes,and the greater the applied stress is,the stronger the promoting effect will be;at the same time,the applied stress and the crevice will have a synergistic promoting effect,and the corrosion rate will be higher than the single applied stress Force or test steel with a separate crevice.
