摘 要:气氮调温系统是采用氮气作为换热介质的控温装置,通过控制氮气的温度实现目标温度的控制,与传统热沉+加热笼控温方式相比,可降低能耗,节约经费。论文以热真空试验设备为研究对象,针对气液两相流动、小比热载热流体造成的压力大波动、温度大滞后难题,开展了气液两相流动状态下的压力控制及小比热载热流体的热沉高精度控温技术研究。并通过系统调试实现了热沉温度在(-120~120)℃范围内连续可调,控温精度±1℃以内的良好效果。The gas nitrogen temperature control system is a temperature control device using nitrogen as the heat exchange medium.The target temperature can be controlled by controlling the temperature of nitrogen.Compared with the traditional heat sink+heating cage temperature control method,it can reduce energy consumption and save money.Taking the thermal vacuum test equipment as the research object,aiming at the problems of large pressure fluctuation and temperature lag caused by gas-liquid two-phase flow and small specific heat carrier heat-carrying fluid,the research on pressure control in gas-liquid two-phase flow state and high-precision temperature control technology of heat sink of small specific heat carrier heat fluid are carried out.Through the system debugging,the heat sink temperature is continuously adjustable in the range of-120℃~120℃,and the temperature control precision is within±1℃.
