摘　　要：航材保障能力对遂行飞行训练任务至关重要,而航材仓库的绩效水平直接影响航材保障能力。本文从航材仓库绩效评估的现状及现实需求出发,分析航材仓库绩效评估的相关概念,运用德尔菲法进行航材仓库绩效评估体系的构建。The capability of aviation material support is very important for carrying out flight training mission.The performance level of aviation material warehouse directly affects the ability of aviation material support.Starting from the current situation and practical needs of performance evaluation of aviation material warehouse,this paper analyzes the related concepts of performance evaluation of aviation material warehouse,and constructs the performance evaluation system by method of Delphi.
