摘 要:在机械加工中,切削力影响刀具性能,研究切削力以判断刀具磨损状态具有重要意义,国内外学术界在切削加工过程中的模拟仿真开展了广泛研究,以动力学为对象的研究最受关注。本文以整体式球头铣刀为研究对象,基于其刃线几何模型和切削力模型,运用Matlab和Visual C++两种广泛使用的仿真和开发软件,采用微分化方法建立了考虑刀具和机床偏心的球头铣削切削力模型。对该模型进行了仿真分析,并对实验数据与仿真结果对比比较,证明该切削力模型可对铣削过程中的切削力做出准确的预测。该研究对于现代家电复杂零件模具的加工具有重要指导意义。Cutting force affect tools capability in the process of mechanical machining,research on cutting force is of great consequence to tool wear of judgement,the simulation theory in cutting process be given widespread attentions in academic field at home and abroad,study about dynamic is the most in-depth.Using differential method by means of Matlab and Visual C++two extensive used simulation and development software in international level,cutting force of ball-end milling is established based on geometric model of integral ball-end milling cutter and the cutting force which has considered the eccentricity of machine&tool.The cutting force in milling process is simulated with this model,through the comparison of the experimental data with simulation results proves that the model of cutting force to make accurate predictions.There is important guiding significance for the processing of complex parts molds in household appliance industry.
