摘 要:采用单相永磁直线电机驱动的自由活塞斯特林制冷机,其温度响应惯性大、延迟大,且易受环境温度和负载扰动影响,传统控制策略参数整定复杂,难以达到理想控制效果。本文将智能PID控制算法应用于斯特林制冷机温度闭环控制中,引入模糊控制、遗传算法、神经网络等智能算法对传统PID控制参数进行优化,实现控制参数的自适应整定。仿真和实验结果证明,智能PID温度控制策略具有响应速度快、稳定性高、抗干扰能力强等特点。The free piston Stirling cryocooler is driven by a single-phase PM linear machine,and its temperature response has large inertia and delay,and is easily affected by ambient temperature and load disturbance.The parameter tuning of traditional control strategy is complex,and it is difficult to achieve ideal control effect.In this paper,the intelligent PID control algorithm is applied to the temperature closed-loop control of Stirling cryocooler.Fuzzy control,genetic algorithm and neural network are introduced to optimize the traditional PID control parameters and realize the adaptive tuning of control parameters.The simulation and experiment results show that the intelligent PID temperature control strategy has the characteristics of fast response,high stability and strong antiinterference ability.
