摘 要:为了解决单系统风冷冰箱化霜能耗高的问题,通过研究在各种蒸发器结霜状态下冷藏单次制冷时间的变化规律,分析出冷藏制冷时间与蒸发器结霜量的关系,设计出以冷藏制冷时间为依据的单循环风冷冰箱化霜控制方法。该方法能使冰箱达到“准确化霜,及时化霜”的目的,避免出现过度化霜导致冰箱能耗增加或者不能及时化霜导致冷冻风道结冰问题。该研究成果丰富了冰箱的化霜控制方法,为单系统风冷冰箱的化霜设计改善提供重要的设计参考。In order to solve the problem of high energy consumption for defrosting of single-system air-cooled refrigerators,by studying the changing law of single refrigeration time under various evaporator frosting states,the relationship between refrigeration refrigeration time and evaporator frosting amount is analyzed,and the design is a single-cycle air-cooled refrigerator defrosting control method based on the refrigeration time.This method can enable the refrigerator to achieve the purpose of“accurate defrosting and timely defrosting”,and avoid the problem of excessive defrosting that leads to increased energy consumption of the refrigerator or failure of defrosting in time to cause freezing of the freezing air duct.The research results enrich the defrosting control methods of refrigerators,and provide an important design reference for the improvement of the defrosting design of singlesystem air-cooled refrigerators.
