摘 要:某4层钢筋混凝土框架结构办公楼坐落在深厚湿陷性黄土填土地基上,建成近10年后,地基持续沉降导致上部结构开裂严重,威胁结构安全。以此办公楼为研究对象,对地基基础特征、上部结构裂缝分布、深厚地基土层的物理力学性能进行分析,同时进行了地基持力层承载力、沉降的计算及软弱下卧层承载力验算及沉降的计算。根据分析和计算结果,确定了该办公楼地基沉降原因。通过系统对比分析不同加固方案,最终确定了合理的地基加固方案。监测结果表明,此加固方案效果良好,地基沉降得到了控制。A four-story reinforced concrete frame structure office building is located on a deep collapsible loess foundation. Nearly 10 years after its completion, the continuous settlement of the foundation caused serious cracks of the upper structure, threatening the safety of the structure. Taking the office building as the research object, the foundation features, the distribution of cracks of the upper structure, and the physical and mechanical properties of the deep foundation soil were analyzed. At the same time, the bearing capacity of the foundation bearing layer and settlement were calculated, and the bearing capacity of the weak underlying layer was checked. According to the analysis and calculation results, the reason for the foundation settlement of the office building was determined. Through systematic comparison and analysis of different reinforcement schemes, a reasonable foundation reinforcement scheme was finally determined. The monitoring results show that the reinforcement scheme has a good effect, and the settlement of the foundation has been controlled.
