谷井文治疗勃起功能障碍临证经验浅析

摘　　要：勃起功能障碍是男性常见病症之一。谷井文在多年临床实践中发现,勃起功能障碍常见的中医证型主要有脾肾阳虚证、肝肾阴虚证、肾阴阳两虚证3种,其中,尤以脾肾阳虚证多见。谷井文多从肾、脾、肝论治勃起功能障碍,分别以“谷方益元”1号方、2号方、3号方为主方进行辨治,临床证实疗效确切。Erectile dysfunction is one of the most common male disease in clinic.In years of clinical practice,Gu Jingwen found that the common traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of erectile dysfunction mainly include deficiency of spleen and kidney Yang,deficiency of liver and kidney Yin,and deficiency of kidney Yin and Yang,especially deficiency of spleen and kidney Yang.Gu Jingwen treats erectile dysfunction from kidney,spleen and liver.The First Gufangyiyuan Decoction,the Second Gufangyiyuan Decoction and the Third Gufangyiyuan Decoction are the main prescriptions for differentiation and treatment respectively,and has been proved clinically efficiency.
