摘　　要：目的探讨慢性咳嗽风盛挛急证与生化指标、主要临床症状的相关性。方法纳入符合标准的慢性咳嗽风盛挛急证患者124例,收集患者的有关症状、舌脉及生化指标,应用SPSS 21.0软件进行相关性和回归分析。结果在相关分析方面,经过方差分析后的两两比较,WBC、LYMPH、CRP 3个方面差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;而EOS、IgA、IgG、IgM 4个方面P<0.05,差异均具有统计学意义;夜咳、晨咳、闻异味加重、无痰、痰少、苔薄白等变量行回归分析,OR>1,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论明确了慢性咳嗽风盛挛急证的特征,揭示了咳嗽与免疫功能、EOS之间的关系,为临床辨证施治奠定了基础。Objective To investigate the correlation between chronic cough with extensive wind and contracture syndrome,biochemical indexes and main clinical symptoms.Methods A total of 124 patients with chronic cough with extensive wind and contracture syndrome were enrolled in this study.The related symptoms,tongue pulse and biochemical indexes were collected and analyzed by SPSS 21.0 software.Results In the aspect of correlation analysis,WBC,lymph,CRP three aspects(P>0.05),and the difference was not statistically significant,but EOS,IgA,IgG,IgM quadrilateral(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant.In regression analysis,the variables with(P<0.05,OR>1)were night cough,morning cough,increased odor,no phlegm,less phlegm,thin and white coating.Conclusion The characteristics of chronic cough with extensive wind and contracture syndrome were clarified,and the relationship between cough,immune function and EOS was revealed,which laid a foundation for clinical dialectical treatment.
