养血补肾调冲方联合耳穴贴压治疗肾虚血瘀型月经过少临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析养血补肾调冲方联合耳穴贴压法治疗肾虚血瘀型月经过少的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月—2019年12月收治的110例肾虚血瘀型月经过少患者,按照分层随机法分为2组,每组55例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组则采取养血补肾调冲方联合耳穴贴压法治疗。观察2组患者的临床疗效,并比较2组治疗前后血清激素变化。结果观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗前血清LH、FSH、E2、T水平比较,差异无统计学意义,观察组治疗后血清LH、FSH、E2、T水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论养血补肾调冲方联合耳穴贴压法能够有效改善肾虚血瘀型月经过少,提高患者血清激素水平,值得推广使用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Yangxue Bushen Tiaochong decoction combined with auricular plaster therapy in the treatment of hypomenorrhea of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,110 patients with hypomenorrhea of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Yangxue Bushen Tiaochong decoction combined with auricular plaster therapy.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed,and the changes of serum hormones before and after treatment were compared.Results The clinical effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum LH,FSH,E2,T levels between the two groups before treatment,and the serum LH,FSH,E2,T levels of the observation group after treatment were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yangxue Bushen Tiaochong decoction combined with auricular plaster therapy can effectively improve the hypomenorrhea of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,and improve the serum hormone level of patients,which is worthy of popularization and application.
