谷越涛主任治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的经验分析

摘　　要：目的观察谷越涛主任医师运用二仙汤加减治疗阴阳两虚型慢性肾小球肾炎的疗效及用药特点,为中医辨治慢性肾小球肾炎提供思路。方法收集谷越涛主任医师门诊符合阴阳两虚型慢性肾小球肾炎的86例患者,随机分为试验组和对照组各43例,试验组给予二仙汤加减,对照组给予知柏地黄丸,观察治疗前后患者临床总疗效、尿蛋白定量、尿红细胞计数,并运用中医传承辅助平台(V 2.5)分析常用药物频次、剂量等。结果试验组患者临床总疗效、尿蛋白定量、尿红细胞计数均优于对照组(P<0.05);体现了谷越涛主任用最少的药味、最小的剂量、最便宜的药物,达到最快、最高的疗效的临床特点。结论谷越涛主任医师运用二仙汤加减治疗阴阳两虚型慢性肾小球肾炎临床效果明显。Objective To observe the curative effect and medication characteristics of Chief Physician Gu Yuetao in treating chronic glomerulonephritis of yin and yang deficiency type by Erxian decoction,so as to provide ideas for TCM differentiation and treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods 86 cases of chronic glomerulonephritis with deficiency of yin and yang in outpatient department of Chief Physician Gu Yuetao were collected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.The experimental group was given Erxian decoction,and the control group was given Zhibai Dihuang pill.The clinical total efficacy,urine protein quantity and urine red blood cell count of patients before and after treatment were observed,and the commonly used drugs were analyzed by TCM inheritance auxiliary platform(V 2.5)Frequency,dose,etc.Results The total clinical efficacy,urine protein quantity and urine red blood cell count of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05),which showed that director Gu Yuetao achieved the fastest and highest curative effect with the least taste,the smallest dose and the cheapest drugs.Conclusion The clinical effect of Erxian decoction on chronic glomerulonephritis with deficiency of yin and yang by Chief Physician Gu Yuetao is obvious.
