中药联合推拿治疗小儿腺样体肥大临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药口服联合推拿疗法治疗小儿腺样体肥大的临床效果。方法将65例腺样体肥大患儿随机分为治疗组34例和对照组31例。治疗组用自拟中药方口服配合推拿疗法,对照组用康酸莫米松喷鼻,随访1个月,比较2组的疗效。结果治疗组23例有效,总有效率67.6%,11例无效;对照组12例有效,总有效率38.7%,19例无效。治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药口服联合推拿治疗小儿腺样体肥大,临床疗效显著,是腺样体肥大保守治疗的一种选择。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine combined with massage on adenoid hypertrophy in children.Methods 65 children with adenoid hypertrophy were randomly divided into treatment group of 34 cases and control group of 31 cases.The treatment group was treated by oral Chinese medicine combined with massage therapy.The control group was treated with momethasone conic acid nasal spray.After followed-up 1 month,the curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results In the treatment group,23 cases were effective,the total effective rate was 67.6%,and 11 cases were not effective.In the control group,12 cases were effective,the total effective rate was 38.7%,and 19 cases were invalid.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral Chinese medicine combined with pediatric massage in the treatment of adenoidal hypertrophy has a significant clinical effect,and is a conservative treatment choice for adenoidal hypertrophy.
