三子养亲汤镇咳、祛痰、平喘作用的药理研究

摘　　要：“三子养亲汤”由莱菔子、白芥子、紫苏子组成,是临床治疗老年患者咳喘食少、痰壅气滞等症状的常用方剂,药方出自《韩氏医通》(明代)。其中莱菔子具有行气祛痰、消食导滞的功效;白芥子具有消痰、温肺利气的功效;紫苏子具有止咳平喘、降气行痰的功效。诸药合用,咳喘得平、食积得化、气顺痰消。一般用于脉细滑、舌苔白腻、食少难消、痰多胸痞、咳嗽喘逆等症,可有效治疗小儿喘息性肺炎、咳嗽、老年慢性支气管炎等疾病。近年来三子养亲汤在药效部位、药理研究、临床应用上均有了新突破,临床初步证实了该药方的祛痰、平喘、镇咳作用,阐明了其中的部分机制。为进一步扩大三子养亲汤的应用范围及提升其疗效水平,应更加深入地对其作用药理进行研究、探讨,开发新剂型以及研制新工艺。故此,作如下概述。Sanzi Yangqin decoction consists of radish seed,mustard,perilla fruit,is a clinical treatment of elderly patients coughing and wheezing less,sputum hypotherxia and other symptoms of the common prescription,the prescription from the Han’s Yitong(Ming Dynasty).Among them,radish seed has the effect of breathing phlegm,defying hysteresis,white mustard has the effect of phlegm removal,warm lung gas,Suzi has the effect of coughing flat wheezing,deflate.The combined use of all drugs can have the effect of coughing flat,food accumulation,qi smooth sputum.Generally used for fine pulse slip,tongue moss white,food less difficult to eliminate,sputum multi-chest,cough wheezing and other diseases,can effectively treat children wheezing pneumonia,cough,chronic bronchitis and other diseases.In recent years,the three-child parent soup has made new breakthroughs in the physio,pharmacological research and clinical application,and clinically confirmed the phlegm,flat wheezing and coughing effect of the prescription,and expounded some of the mechanisms.In order to further expand the application scope of the three-child parent soup and improve its efficacy level,it is possible to study,explore,develop new dosage forms and develop new processes for its pharmacology.Therefore,this article is summarized below.
