运用自然辨证法原理探讨中药临床药师的培养

摘　　要：自然辨证法是马克思主义哲学体系的重要组成部分,是人们认识世界和改造世界的科学研究方法。在当前,我国的医药卫生体制改革正在逐步深化,中药师转型迫在眉睫,优化中药临床药师培养模式,强化中药临床药师发现问题、解决问题的能力,培养中药临床思维,中西药并重,为患者提供更优的中药临床药学服务,必将促进医院中药临床药学工作的发展。此文主要就自然辨证法原理在中药临床药师培训过程中的启示展开初步的分析探讨。Dialectics of nature is an important part of Marxist philosophy system and a scientific research methodology for people to understand and transform the world.At present,the medical and health system reform in China is gradually deepening,and the transformation of traditional Chinese medicine practitioners is imminent.Optimizing the training mode of traditional Chinese medicine clinical pharmacists,strengthening the ability of traditional Chinese medicine clinical pharmacists to find and solve problems,cultivating clinical thinking of traditional Chinese medicine,attaching equal importance to both Chinese and Western medicine,and providing better clinical pharmaceutical services of traditional Chinese medicine for patients will certainly promote the development of clinical pharmaceutical work of traditional Chinese medicine in hospitals.In this paper,the principle of natural differentiation of syndromes in the process of clinical pharmacist training of traditional Chinese medicine to carry out a preliminary analysis of the enlightenment was discussed.
