胰岛素泵联合瞬感扫描式监测系统行胰岛素脱敏治疗一例报道

摘　　要：Ins过敏临床偶有发生,可用胰岛素泵脱敏治疗。本例患者佩戴瞬感扫描式血糖监测系统,胰岛素泵脱敏治疗过程顺利,未出现不良反应,血糖降至正常范围,但转换为皮下注射Ins后再次出现过敏反应。胰岛素泵脱敏治疗成功后,循序渐进增加注射剂量和延长维持时间,可帮助患者最终顺利脱敏。Insulin allergy was a rare side effect of insulin therapy in clinical practice.Insulin pump desensitization can be used to treat it.Here,we reported a patient with smooth insulin pump desensitization treatment process under instant flash glucose monitoring.He had no adverse effects and his blood glucose returned to normal range.However,the allergic reaction occurred again when converted to subcutaneous insulin injection.After insulin pump desensitization,increasing the injection dose slowly and prolonging the maintenance time can help patients to desensitize successfully.
