摘  要:分别采用硫化黑BR/硫化碱体系与硫化黑BR/复合还原剂体系对棉机织物进行了浸染染色,并对比染色面料的耐摩擦色牢度;深入分析了不同还原体系对硫化黑BR、硫化蓝3R溶液状态的影响。结果表明:使用硫化黑BR/复合还原剂体系染色面料比使用硫化黑BR/硫化碱体系染色面料干摩擦色牢度提高1级,湿摩擦色牢度提高半级;使用硫化碱作为还原剂的染液溶液呈黑色,使用复合还原剂的染液溶液呈半透明褐色,复合还原剂的还原能力优于硫化碱。Sulfur Black BR/alkali sulfide system and Sulfur Black BR/composite reducing agent system were used to dip dye cotton fabrics to compare the color fastness to rubbing of the dyed fabrics;and further analyzed the influence of different reduction systems on the solution state of Sulphur Black BR and Sulphur Blue 3 R.The results show that the color fastness to dry rubbing of fabrics dyed with Sulphur Black BR/composite reducing agent system is improved by 1 level and the color fastness to wet rubbing is improved by half a level than that of fabrics dyed with Sulphur Black BR/alkali sulfide system.The state of the dye solution using alkali sulfide as the reducing agent is black,and the state of the dye solution using composite reducing agent is brown,and the reducing ability of the composite reducing agent is better than that of alkali sulfide.
