山地居住建筑规划设计研究——以龙游县某新建小区为例

摘　　要：我国平原少,山地多,有限的平原面积远不能满足城市化需求,山地建筑已然成为建筑设计必须考虑的类型。面对地形起伏且高差的场地条件,建筑设计需因地制宜、灵活多变地进行。文章以龙游县某新建小区为典型案例,全方位地介绍在处理山地建筑、场地内高差比较大的居住建筑时如何进行规划设计,在处理好总图图底关系与小区环境的同时进行场地设计节约土建成本,避免造成不必要的资源浪费。There are few plains and many mountains in our country.The limited plain area is far from meeting the needs of urbanization.The mountain building has become a type that must be considered in architectural design.Facing the site conditions of undulating topography and height difference,the architectural design should be carried out flexibly according to local conditions.This paper takes a newly built community in Longyou County as a typical case,comprehensively introduces how to carry out planning and design when dealing with mountainous buildings and residential buildings with large height difference in the site,and at the same time save civil construction costs and avoid unnecessary waste of resources while dealing with the relationship between the base of the general drawing and the community environment.
