摘　　要：2019年末暴发的新冠肺炎疫情为住宅建设再次敲响警钟,疫病仍将与人类长期共存。文章以当前我国城市主要居住形式--商品房住宅为研究对象,梳理健康住宅等相关理论,解析住宅安全健康营建要素,结合住宅现状问题,提出“安全性、健康性”的营建目标,建立适灾“防避”与居家“适用”等住宅营建策略,以期为后疫情时代住宅建设提供理论指导。The new crown pneumonia outbreak that broke out at the end of 2019 once again sounded the alarm for residential construction,and the epidemic will still coexist with humans for a long time.This paper takes the current main form of urban residence in China-commercial housing as the research object,sorts out related theories such as healthy housing,analyzes the elements of residential safety and health construction,and combines the status quo of housing,puts forward the construction goals of"safety and health",and establishes disaster resilience housing construction strategies such as"prevention"and home"applicability"are expected to provide theoretical guidance for housing construction in the post-epidemic era.
