装配式人才公寓内部空间可塑性研究

摘　　要：近年来,全国各地重视人才引进工作的推进,从而开始启动人才公寓建设,人才保障用房政策也在不断推行的过程中。文章针对装配式人才公寓建设与发展过程中内部空间设计产生的空间同质化、功能单一化等问题,聚焦人才公寓使用者的多样化需求,重点提出装配式人才公寓室内空间可塑性设计的方法,进行可塑性空间设计策略分析,并结合装配式技术进行模式推广,探索大规模生产建设的可能性。文章通过对该领域已有的研究基础及典型实践案例进行分析,对空间可塑性相关设计要点进行归纳整理,总结经验借鉴及设计启示。In recent years,our country have attached great importance to the promotion of talent introduction,and started the construction of talent apartments.The policy of guaranteeing housing for talents is also in the process of continuous promotion.Aiming at the problems of spatial homogeneity and functional singularity arising from the internal space design during the construction and development of the prefabricated talent apartment,this paper focuses on the diverse needs of the users of the talent apartment,and proposes a method for the plasticity design of the interior space of the prefabricated talent apartment.Analysis of space design strategy.And combined with assembly technology to promote the model to explore the possibility of large-scale production and construction.The paper analyzes the existing research foundation and typical practice cases in this field,summarizes and organizes the relevant design points of spatial plasticity,and summarizes experience and design inspiration.
