摘　　要：当代中国城市发展模式转型的大背景下,社区规划与社区公共空间的营造得到了更广泛的关注。社区中心作为社区中最为重要的公共服务空间节点之一,除了为群众提供诸如社区医疗、街政管理等服务外,更应深挖其空间潜力,为营造多元、活跃、公平的邻里关系创造物理空间基础。文章以南京市秦淮区永乐南路社区中心及秦淮区人民检察院项目为例,探索通过园林造园手法的现代诠释,在规划、建筑、空间等多层面上发展出公共空间中的兴趣点,将城市空间塑造成为“社区客厅”的可能性。In the context of the transformation of urban development in contemporary China,community planning and the construction of community public space have attracted more attention.As one of the most important public service space in the community,the community center should not only provide services such as community medical treatment and street management for the masses,but also explore its spatial potential to create a physical spatial foundation for building a diverse,active and fair neighborhood relationship.Taking the project of the Yongle South Road Community Center and the procuratorate in the Qinhuai District of Nanjing City as an example,the paper explores the possibility of developing interest points in public space on multiple levels of planning,buildings and space through modern interpretation of garden landscaping,and building urban space into a"community living room".
