摘　　要：近年来,农民工返乡创业热潮的出现,推动工业和城市资源要素向农业和农村聚集。农民工是农村地区的主要劳动力,大量青壮年劳动力的回归,解决了乡村严重的人才流失问题,是实施乡村振兴战略过程中一次难得的机遇。但是随着近期返乡人群的增多,乡村创业环境中的很多问题随之暴露。论文探究了农民工返乡创业和乡村振兴的交互联动关系,通过总结规律提出了激发返乡人群创业热情的路径,以期在理论上对国家乡村振兴战略的实施提供助力。In recent years,the emergence of the upsurge of migrant workers returning home to start a business has promoted the aggregation of industrial and urban resource elements to agriculture and rural areas.Migrant workers are the main labor force in rural areas.The return of a large number of young and middle-aged labor force has solved the serious brain drain problem in rural areas.It is a rare opportunity in the process of implementing the rural revitalization strategy.However,recently,with the increase of returning people,many problems in the rural entrepreneurial environment have been exposed.This paper explores the interaction and relevance relationship between migrant workers returning home to start a business and rural revitalization,and puts forward the paths to stimulate the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of returning people by summarizing the laws,so as to provide help for the implementation of the national rural revitalization strategy in theoretical level.
