摘 要:当前,铁路防洪工作因为执行不到位存在各种各样的问题,例如,风险识别不到位、设备老旧、防洪思想松懈等。针对出现的问题,相关人员可以基于铁路防洪信息化系统的现状分析,提高铁路防洪信息化工作的整体水平。铁路恰逢机制体制、运行方式的变革时期,如何应用信息技术支撑铁路运输组织改革和安全生产管理是信息化建设者和铁路组织管理者应该深入思考和解决的问题。因此,论文首先介绍了铁路防洪的重要性和问题,接着分析了铁路防洪信息化系统的现状,在此基础上介绍了铁路防洪信息化系统的优化建议。At present,there are various problems existing in the flood control work of railway due to inadequate implementation,such as inadequate risk identification,old equipment,lax flood control thought,etc.In view of the problems,relevant personnel can improve the overall level of railway flood control informatization work based on the analysis of the current situation of railway flood control informatization system.The railway coincides with the reform period of mechanism,system and operation mode.How to apply information technology to support railway transportation organization reform and safety production management is a problem that informatization constructors and railway organization managers should deeply think about and solve.Therefore,this paper firstly introduces the importance and problems of railway flood control,then analyzes the current situation of railway flood control informatization system,and on this basis,introduces the optimization suggestions of railway flood control informatization system.
