探析如何发挥工会在“凝聚力工程”项目中的作用

摘　　要：论文对工程项目中工会“凝聚力工程”的由来、作用展开论述,着重对“凝聚力工程”当中存在的问题展开分析,认为主要存在职工问题未得到解决、工会组织作用发挥不足、“凝聚力工程”缺乏信息化管理3个问题。在解决上,需要构建稳定的工程项目环境、推进职工代表大会建设、丰富职工文化生活、借力融媒体畅通信息化渠道,并且注重领导班子建设,实现人性化管理,保证“凝聚力工程”惠及基层。This paper discusses the origin and role of the"cohesion engineering"of the trade union in the engineering project,focuses on the analysis of the problems existing in the"cohesion engineering",and holds that there are three main problems:unresolved problems of employees,insufficient role of the trade union organization,and lack of informatization management in the"cohesion engineering".In terms of solution,it is necessary to construct a stable engineering project environment,promote the construction of employee congress,enrich the cultural life of employees,use the convergence media to smooth the informatization channels,pay attention to the construction of leading group,realize humanized management,and ensure that the"cohesion engineering"benefits the grassroots level.
