摘  要:燃气锅炉排烟温度较高时,在烟囱周围形成白色烟雾,且烟气中水蒸气的潜热不能得到深度回收利用,造成能源浪费。针对上述问题,根据燃气锅炉的烟气特点及水能在低压下气化,溴化锂溶液不断地吸收水蒸气,制冷介质在低温下蒸发的工作原理,提出一种燃气锅炉烟气余热驱动的冷热联供且能消除白羽的溴化锂吸收式制冷—直膨热泵一体装置。并通过Aspen Plus对其中的溴化锂吸收式制冷装置进行理论设计模拟,分析制冷参数和烟气出口温度对系统COP和制冷量的影响,为燃气锅炉余热深度利用设计提供理论参考。When the exhaust gas temperature of a gas boiler is high,white smoke will be formed around the chimney,and the latent heat of water vapor in the flue gas cannot be deeply recycled,resulting in a huge waste of energy.In view of the above problems,according to the flue gas characteristics of gas boilers and the water can be vaporized at low pressure,the lithium bromide solution can continuously absorb water vapor,and the refrigerant medium can evaporate at low temperature,a lithium bromide absorption refrigeration-direct expansion heat pump integrated device that drives the combined supply of cold and heat and can eliminate white feathers.The theoretical design simulation of the lithium bromide absorption refrigeration device was carried out through Aspen Plus,and the influence of refrigeration parameters and flue gas outlet temperature on the COP and refrigeration capacity of the system was discussed,which provided a theoretical reference for the system design of the deep utilization of gas boiler waste heat.
