摘  要:利用燃烧方程、能量平衡、物料平衡基本原理,根据我国南方某城市不同月份污泥的检测报告,在满足市政污泥自持燃烧的基础上,调整污泥进入焚烧炉前的含水率,达到市政污泥干化焚烧系统的节能目的。冬季污泥热值较高,72%含水率就可以达到自持燃烧,同时系统可对外供蒸汽34 t/h。夏季污泥热值较低,44%含水率才可达到自持燃烧,且市政管网向污泥干化焚烧系统提供10 t/h蒸汽。经累计项目干燥焚烧系统的年蒸汽需求量为24019 t。Based on the basic principles of combustion equation,energy balance and material balance,according to the sludge detection report of a city in south China in different months,on the basis of meeting the self-sustaining combustion of municipal sludge,the moisture content of sludge before entering the incinerator is adjusted to achieve the purpose of energy saving of municipal sludge drying incineration system.In winter,the heat value of sludge is high,72%moisture content can achieve self-sustaining combustion,and the system can supply 34 t/h of steam to the outside.In summer,the calorific value of sludge is low,44%moisture content can achieve self-sustaining combustion,and the municipal pipe network provides 10t/h steam to the sludge drying incineration system.The accumulated annual steam demand of the drying incineration system of the project is 24019 t.
