摘  要:通过模拟考察了TC18钛合金棒材锻造时拔长过程的织构形成规律和表面与中心的形变不均匀性。首先用有限元法模拟了拔长过程棒材不同区域的温度、等效应力和等效应变的分布差异,然后用粘塑性自洽模型(VPSC)模拟了棒材不同位置、不同拔长方式对具有BCC结构的β相织构的影响。结果表明,在拔长过程中,中心区域织构变化程度远大于边部。初始织构影响拔长织构的类型,实测的拔长后的织构与基于实测初始织构模拟的拔长织构的类型基本相同。当初始织构为随机取向分布和总拔长量约为80%时,在棒材外形从四方拔长、六方拔长、八方拔长到滚圆拔长的变化过程中,板织构特征消失,织构强度也明显减弱。此外,边部与心部的织构类型差异加大。The formation of texture and the inhomogeneity of deformation in the edge and center in drawing of TC18 titanium alloy bars during forging were investigated by simulation. Firstly,the distribution difference of temperature,effective stress and effective strain in different zones of bars during drawing was simulated using finite element method. Then the influence of different drawing modes on βphase texture with BCC structure in different positions of bars was simulated using Visco-Plastic Self-Consistent( VPSC) model. The results show that during drawing process,the textures in center region change more apparently than that in edge region. Initial texture influences the type of drawing texture. The measured texture type after drawing is consistent with simulated drawing texture type based on measured initial texture. When the initial texture orientation is random and total drawing amount is about 80%,during the bar shape changes from square drawing,hexagonal drawing,octagonal drawing to round bar drawing,the plate texture disappears and texture intensity decreases apparently. In addition,the difference of texture types in the center and edge increases.
