摘 要:针对二次冷轧机组在轧制过程中由于工作辊温度场变化而引起不同热凸度,造成头、尾板形难控制以及中间板形中浪缺陷明显的问题,在跟踪现场轧制典型钢种下机后工作辊温度变化的基础上,充分考虑二次冷轧机组的设备与工艺特点,分析了二次冷轧机组轧制过程中工作辊温度场的演变机理,建立了工作辊周向、轴向和径向随时间的演变模型,揭示了工作辊温度场的演变规律,进一步分析了影响工作辊温度场的因素。将研究成果应用到某钢厂二次冷轧机组,为现场对头、尾板形以及中卷板形的控制起到了理论指导作用。Aiming at the problems that it is difficult to control the shape of head and tail plate and the obvious mid wave defect of middle plate,which is caused by different thermal crown caused by the change of temperature field of work roll during the rolling process of double cold rolling( DCR) mill,on the basis of tracking the temperature change of work roll after rolling the typical steel on site,and fully considering the equipment and process characteristics of DCR mill,the evolution mechanism of temperature field of work roll during the rolling process of DCR mill was analyzed. The evolution models in circumferential,axial and radial direction of work roll with time were established,the evolution law of work roll temperature field was revealed,and the influencing factors of work roll temperature field were further analyzed. The research results were applied to the DCR mill of a steel plant,which plays a theoretical guidance role for the shape control of the head,tail and middle coil on site.
