摘　　要：以贵州省遵义市科技特派员为研究对象,从科技特派员队伍的规模、年龄结构、来源渠道及从事专业等方面对当前科技派员队伍的结构特征进行了系统分析,提出了当前特派员队伍结构存在的问题,并从科技特派员工作的运行机制、选派标准和考核制度等方面提出了针对性意见及建议,为进一步促进遵义市乃至贵州省科技特派员结构优化和工作效率提升提供参考。This paper analyzes the size,age structure,source channels,and majors of the science and technology dispatched personnel team in Zunyi,Guizhou Province,and systematically analyzes the structural characteristics of the current science and technology dispatching team,and puts forward the existing problems in the current structure of the dispatched personnel team.Targeted opinions and suggestions were put forward from the aspects of the operating mechanism,selection criteria and assessment system of the science and technology commissioners,in order to combine the actual situation of the technical needs of the agricultural industry in Zunyi,and promote the optimization of the structure of the science and technology commissioners and the improvement of work efficiency.
