摘　　要：采用文献资料、实地调研等方法,对我国农村体育发展中的制度困境进行分析,提出相应的对策。我国农村体育发展的制度困境:制度存续的历史惯性导致的路径依赖,正式制度与非正式制度建设不足导致的制度约束,传统文化与现代文化互动不畅导致的文化冲突。基于此,提出发展对策:顶层设计与基层需求表达的互融共通;正式制度与非正式制度的双向供给;传统文化与现代文化的深入整合。By using the methods of literature review and field research,this paper analyzed the institutional dilemma in the development of rural sports in China,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.Institutional dilemma:The historical inertia of institutional existence leads to path dependence,the lack of formal and informal institutional construction leads to institutional constraints,and the poor interaction between traditional culture and modern culture leads to cultural conflicts.Development countermeasures:The top-level design and grass-roots demand expression need to be integrated.The formal and informal institution need to achieve two-way supply.The traditional culture and modern culture need to be deeply integrated.
