甲硝唑栓联合定君生治疗萎缩性阴道炎的临床疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的探讨甲硝唑栓联合定君生治疗萎缩性阴道炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2018年12月—2020年12月赣州市立医院医疗集团赣江分院收治的80例萎缩性阴道炎患者为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和联合组,每组40例。对照组患者施行甲硝唑栓治疗,联合组患者施行甲硝唑栓+定君生治疗,比较2组患者相关症状消失时间、治疗前后阴道pH值和表层细胞百分比、临床疗效、不良反应发生率、复发率。结果联合组患者外阴瘙痒、外阴疼痛及白带异常消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组患者阴道pH值和表层细胞百分比比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,联合组患者阴道pH值低于对照组,表层细胞百分比高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后联合组患者治疗总有效率为97.50%(39/40),高于对照组的75.00%(30/40)(χ^(2)=8.538,P=0.003)。联合组患者不良事件总发生率为5.00%(2/40),低于对照组的22.50%(9/40)(χ^(2)=5.165,P=0.023)。联合组患者复发率为2.50%(1/40),低于对照组的17.50%(7/40)(χ^(2)=5.000,P=0.025)。结论甲硝唑栓联合定君生治疗萎缩性阴道炎,可提升其临床疗效,在积极改善阴道pH值、表层细胞百分比、外阴瘙痒、外阴疼痛及白带异常症状的同时,可降低不良反应发生率及复发率。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of metronidazole suppository combined with Dingjunsheng in the treatment of atrophic vaginitis.Methods Eighty patients with atrophic vaginitis treated in Ganjiang Branch of Ganzhou Municipal Hospital Medical Group from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into combined group and control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with metronidazole suppository,and the patients in the combined group were treated with metronidazole suppository combined with Dingjunsheng.The disappearance time of relevant symptoms,vaginal pH value and surface cell percentage before and after treatment were counted,the clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of vulvar pruritus,vulvar pain and abnormal leucorrhea in the combined group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in vaginal pH value and surface cell percentage between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the vaginal pH value of the combined group was lower than that of the control group,and the percentage of surface cells was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the combined group was 97.50%(39/40),which was higher than 75.00%(30/40)of the control group(χ^(2)=8.538,P=0.003).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was 5.00%(2/40),which was lower than 22.50%(9/40)in the control group(χ^(2)=5.165,P=0.023).The recurrence rate in the combined group was 2.50%(1/40),which was lower than 17.50%(7/40)in the control group(χ^(2)=5.000,P=0.025).Conclusion Metronidazole suppository combined with Dingjunsheng in the treatment of atrophic vaginitis can significantly improve its clinical efficacy.It can actively improve vaginal pH value,percentage of surface cells,vulvar pruritus,
